Posted by admin on August 17th, 2008 and filed under muscle pain relief |

I exercise alot and at times I use Ben Gay (or generic brands)muscle pain relief,The problem I have is once I apply and wash my hands with soap and water ,it still doesnt remove from hands.what happens if I touch my eyes or any other body part .Well you know not comfortable.Any suggestions. No Jokes Please !

Hi, I have a suggestion. Take some lemon juice or lemon oil (pure lemon oil can be purchased at a health food store, but make sure it is diluted), and mix into a spray bottle. Spray onto your hands and then wash them if you want. That should take the smell away and also may neutralize any harmful chemicals from the Ben Gay. You can also use it as a body spray to keep away mosquitos; many biting insects are adverse to citrus oils.

Things like that come off the hands if you use melaleuca antibacterial soap or orange scented hand scrubber. I have a good sized container of the last here by the shop.
